Terms of Use

The rules for accounts, publishing and behaviour in the kafka.ir readers' circle.

Last updated: November 2026

By creating an account or using kafka.ir, you accept these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not create an account.

  • Account information must be accurate and up to date.
  • You are responsible for keeping your password secure; do not share it.
  • Each person should have one primary account.
  • Moderators may suspend or remove accounts that break these rules.

You keep ownership of the posts, quotations, interpretations and comments you write. By publishing, you give kafka.ir permission to display that content on the site, include it in indexes and RSS feeds, and make light edits for clarity.

Content must be yours or used with permission. Quotations must be submitted with an accurate source. Copied material will be removed after a report.

Posts and quotations are reviewed before publication. Comments and interpretations appear immediately but may be removed after a report or a breach of these rules. Review does not mean full endorsement of the views expressed.

Arguments about Kafka can be sharp and direct, but insults, hate speech, threats, spam and harassment have no place here. Disagree with the text and the argument, not with the person.

Editorial texts, design and site structure belong to kafka.ir. Historical images are shown with credit and licence. Reuse of site material is permitted only with attribution and a link.

kafka.ir is an independent cultural project and is not affiliated with the Kafka Foundation or any official institution. Material is offered for reading and discussion; it is not legal or professional advice.

Parts of the site may change or be temporarily unavailable. We try to keep published content stable, but we cannot guarantee permanent access.
